In late 2024, Hims & Hers was preparing to introduce a dramatically different offering than the telehealth and wellness products that had made them a disruptive force in digital healthcare. Labs represented their boldest move yet: comprehensive biomarker testing through diagnostic blood panels with app-based results and personalized guidance.

To introduce this new service and communicate its transformative potential, Hims & Hers asked Ways & Means to design a keynote event where CEO Andrew Dudum could address customers and shareholders alike while introducing the executive team behind the innovation.
Felipe built and led a team that established a cohesive visual language for the presentation and captured the executive presentations with director Tomas Leach. He created an opening film to anchor the online event, using archival material to broaden the brand's pitch to potential customers while evolving their visual language. The team defined a graphics package that supported and united the three speakers, creating visual continuity across the entire event.

The team also developed sophisticated motion graphics that elevated the technical content throughout the keynote. Additionally, they produced a :60 newsroom-style social edit that condensed the announcement into a hype-driven, graphics-heavy piece for broader distribution.

The launch successfully positioned Hims & Hers Labs as a natural extension of the brand's mission to democratize healthcare access, introducing a new revenue stream while deepening customer engagement.
